Grime Off Aviation Cleaner and Degreaser, either foam spray or wipes, is the ideal product for removing bugs and stains from your leading edges without harming your paint.  I personally like the wipes, as one or two will do the job and there are no rags to wash or dispose of.  As we like to say, mean, green and made to clean.
